- •Improved agent accuracy from 65% - 99.2% in 6 months through prompt design, evaluation loops, model comparison and a self-evaluation tool that flagged difficult cases.
- •Reduced time to hire from 10 days to under 7 minutes as measured by the customer, and contributed to reaching the company's first $1M in revenue in under a year.
- •Shipped the core agents that automated screening, hiring, onboarding and compliance across 108 countries. Customers reported more than 84K man-hours saved, and one customer grew active workers by 2.5 times in eight months.
- •Set up failure handling for agents, including retries, model switches and low-confidence routing for human review.
- •Shipped rapid MVPs, including a speech-to-speech phone caller and Slack-based evaluation flows that supported about 90% of closed deals. Built pricing strategies, sales material and marketing decks.
